In my quest to add some radiocommunications-based caches in Eastbourne I searched the web and came across a Short Wave Radio Noise Generator website.
As I listened intently I thought that I could hear the co-ordinates of a location within Eastbourne being transmitted occasionally.
So, with my being unsure, I decided to record it so that others may also listen and decide.
Official Geocaching HQ Scary Warning Text:

Unofficial Scary Warning Text:
Clicking on the link could cause every electrical item in your house to explode simultaneously in a massive fireball. And every hacker in the world could immediately gain access to your on-line bank account details. And many things even worse that that could happen afterwards!
Or you may just get access to the file that you need to solve this puzzle.
