FIELD PUZZLE! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION
Maple Grove Park is 100-acres of field, forest and wetlands, rich in wildlife, with strong environmental value. A looping trail, approximately one mile long, winds through the area. You will be off trail, so dress appropriately. You will want to take the trail to the left at the intersection and then enter the woods near the posted waypoint.
Have you been frustrated when seeking something in the FRIENDS OF HUDSON PARKS GEOCACHING ADVENTURES and cannot make the find? Do you wonder “Is it really there? WHAT AM I MISSING?” At this cache you must find the combination (a 4 letter word) to the lock to access the log. Can you see it? Maybe not. Having a printed copy of this cache description may be useful. The only tool that is needed is supplied (a 9V battery). Please return everything as found, and close and then “scramble” the letters on the lock when done. Please no spoilers in your logs or photos (they will be deleted). You must sign the log to claim the find. No Swag or Trackables please! NOTE 2/25/24: the "S" in HUDSON is flickering, so if you find a group of 3 lit up, assume that you can see the "S" in HUDSON.
