if done by foot. Obviously, it can be done by car, but what’s the rush?

You may get the hints in any order, the one given here is a logical sequence
that minimizes total distance walked.
Stage 1: Z698 on the utility box
Stage 2: Q A n the light post
Stage 3: Sum up to one digit the civic address (Door number) for Y
Stage 4: Sum up the digits of the number (not 51) on the door for B
Stage 5: The number on the sign divided by 3 will give you X
Stage 6: Face West and you will see the exit number for Corkscrew Rd. Subtract that number from the next Northbound exit (Alico Rd)
and you will have C.
The checksum is 15 for the North decimals and 12 for the West decimals.
