The East End Hoolignas (EEH) have panda-napped a beloved trackable and are holding it hostage, asking that YOU clean up the planet! As you can see the Hooligans are quite serious about their panda napping, using blind folds and disguises and introducing Big Panda to all kinds of questionable situations!.
Please come by between 10 & 11 AM on Sunday April 14th to help meet the EEH's "demands". I will have some garbage bags for you to pick up when you sign the log book (signing in is a request, not a requirement). Of course you are welcome to bring your own sturdy bags, along with gloves or grabbers or anything else you might need to pick up some garbage. I will make sure the bagged garbage is disposed of.
NOTE: If you attend and log this CITO it will qualify you for the CITO 2019 Season 1 souvenir.
Second Note: The thing with the Panda is all in good fun ... no Pandas were hurt in the creation of this CITO listing. The EEH are not really "demanding" that you clean up the planet. You are welcome to come to this CITO regardless of how you feel about pandas. Or the EEH.
