The Yarra Expedition 11: The finish line
'Walk the path, and journey to the source. These are not metaphors. They are instructions'.
The Event Series: This is the 11th, and final event of many which involved caching along the entire course of the Yarra river. The purpose of this event series was to travel the river from its end to beginning and see it in all it's form, it's diversity, who it homes, it's changes, bends and beauty.
This final event will be a celebration as we complete the last leg to the finish line, and celebrate the friendships, the laughs, the adventures, the scenery, and the Yarra itself.
*Optional* before the event:
10:00am We will meet for coffee at Warburton Bakery, 3415 Warburton Highway before heading off as per tradition as a group make our way to the event in vehicles. Whilst the drive is only 25 minutes away, there will most like be a lot of 'stops' along the way. The following is optional and not requirement for event attendance.
The Event: The event will run from 2pm till 3pm at the posted coordinates. Please come and share any of your experiences of this three year journey of the Yarra Expeditions!
Oh...and there will be cake!
