The Ogden Bay Waterfowl Management Area is closed for nesting season: March 1 - August 1, or April 1 - September 1, depending on nesting seasons.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates
though it is a good place to park.
This puzzle cache was hidden in the WMA around the Weber River Delta on Pi Day (3/14). I liked the two Greek letters together, so that's why I called this cache "Delta Pi 2019".

As an aside, this is also the birthdays of Albert Einstein and Billy Crystal.
This very day is also, unfortunately, the very day that Stephen Hawking died, a year ago.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
P.S.: This isn't a 3.5 terrain because I didn't want to work quite that hard to hide this cache.
