Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Florida Finders Fest 2019 Spidey Geo-Art, brought to you by the Forest Minions! This letterbox Hybrid cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must solve this rather challenging trivia question, to determine the location of the final. As this is a Letterbox Hybrid, we ask that you leave the stamp, in the cache. It is not a trade item. Happy hunting!

The spider species Paraphidippus aurantius, commonly known as Emerald Jumping Spider, belongs to the genus Paraphidippus, in the family Salticidae. P. aurantius is a solitary hunter, with a fairly large size for a jumping spider. P. aurantius occurs from the USA to Panama, and on the Greater Antilles.

This Critter Is Constitutionally Protected In Florida!

First written in 1838, the Constitution of the state of Florida guarantees the right to privacy, the freedom of speech, and the right of these critters, when pregnant, to be free from cages. Unlike many crazy or outdated laws, this amendment is recent (passed in 2002) and comes from a well-meaning place: the prevention of cruelty to animals. During pregnancy, these critters must not be caged or even tethered such that it can’t turn around freely.
