Scobee, Michael J. Smith, Ronald McNair, Ellison Onizuka, Judith Resnik, Gregory Jarvis and Christa McAuliffe… The Space Shuttle Challenger tragedy happened on January 28th 1986… (Columbia STS-107 Crew) --- Rick Husband, William McCool, Michael Anderson, David Brown, Kalpana Chawla, Laurel Clark and Ilan Ramon, from the Israeli Space Agency... The Space Shuttle Columbia tragedy happened on February 1st 2003... (Apollo 1 Crew) --- Virgil I. "Gus" Grissom, Edward H. White and Roger Chaffee… The Apollo 1 tragedy happened on January 27th 1967 while sitting on top of a Saturn 1B rocket during its pre-launch test from Launch Complex 35 at Cape Canaveral Air Station...
