Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Florida Finders Fest 2019 Spidey Geo-Art, brought to you by the Forest Minions! This letterbox Hybrid cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must solve this rather challenging trivia question, to determine the location of the final. As this is a Letterbox Hybrid, we ask that you leave the stamp, in the cache. It is not a trade item. Happy hunting!

Okay, you got me. There really is no spider with the formal name of hitchhiker.

Rather, arachnophiles, (spider lovers), have embraced this moniker to describe any spider which is comfortable enough to hitch a ride on people. The next time you notice a spider riding on your hat, as long as it is not one of the few dangerous breeds, how about letting it stay, for a bit? In several Asian countries, folklore notes that having a hitchhiker spider is a sign if impending good luck.

Napoleon Was Once Attacked by These Critters

Napoleon Bonaparte was once one of the most powerful men in Europe, but he suffered an ignominious defeat at the hands (or paws) of these guys. After a military victory, Napoleon’s chief of staff organized a hunt to celebrate. Thousands of these critters were brought in to be set loose, but instead of hopping away when the cages were opened, they turned to attack, swarming the partygoers. After trying and failing to shoo them away, the great Emperor Napoleon ran for the safety of his carriage.

Which critter was this?

Pterodactyls = N29° 28.284' W81° 51.185'
