We stopped by here and discovered this was a neat little pull off area that gives access to a small pond.
Driving directions:. SLOW down; get in right-most lane; slow down; right blinker; slow down; get in emergency lane; slow down; sharp turn right onto gravel road (see small map with added waypoints); slowly edge your way down the hillside; observe the gravel road with a large enough area to park and turn around; now HURRY before some other cacher gets your parking spot. Enjoy.
