[HNG] - Sant'Anna Zanica Multi-Cache

   Zanica: la chiesetta di Sant'Anna

Comunemente conosciuta come la Madonna dei Campi di Zanica in provincia di Bergamo, questa chiesetta preesistente nel XV secolo e più volte restaurata e ottimizzata, è dedicata a Sant'Anna.

Posta in aperta campagna, la chiesa dalle linee semplici ed orientata con il criterio liturgico tradizionale è preceduta dal portico in opera su quattro colonne in pietra arenaria che si appoggiano su di un parapetto in muratura. La facciata, in pietra a vista, presenta centralmente l’ingresso con contorno in pietra affiancato da due finestre sempre con contorno in pietra e dotate di inferriata; sopra il portale d’ingresso è presente un piccolo rosone. Un ingresso laterale, sempre con contorno in pietra arenaria, è posto sul lato nord,

Internamente la chiesa si presenta a tre navate suddivise tra loro da due colonne per parte sulle quali si impostano le tre arcate che separano su ogni lato la navata centrale da quelle laterali. La copertura delle tre navate è con volte a crociera. Nella terza campata delle due navate minori sono presenti due altari: quello di sinistra è dedicata alla Natività di Maria ed è coperto da una volta a spicchi lunettata, quello di destra è dedicato a S. Anna che educa la Vergine Maria. Il presbiterio, sopraelevato di due gradini è coperto da tazza circolare e si conclude con il coro coperto da catino a spicchi. Sul presbiterio sono presenti a sinistra e destra due aperture che conducono rispettivamente nella torre campanaria ed in sagrestia.

Il piccolo campanile, posto a nord della zona absidale è costruito con muratura in cotto e tetto a quattro falde

La Cache

Questa cache è collegata ad un'altra cache (GC84WH3) presente presso un'altra chiesetta dedicata anch'essa a Sant'Anna e presente nel confinante comune di Azzano San Paolo. Entrambe le caches infatti contengono un indizio importante e fondamentale per poter localizzare una Mistery cache (GC84WM6) sita non lontano da una delle due chiesette e ovviamente in uno dei due comuni citati.

Per risolvere questa multi occorre andare in loco e rilevare:

    - il numero totale di panchine in pietra presenti all'esterno della chiesetta = A

    - il numero totale di colonnine presenti intorno alla chiesetta escluse le quattro grandi colonne che reggono il portico = B

    - il numero totale di finestre presenti sul perimetro della chiesetta = C

Le coordinate finali sono:

9° Ax2+8.BxCxC+A+B

Ricordiamoci che è un luogo sacro: si raccomanda di non fare troppo rumore...

Una piccola passeggiata campagnola porta alla cache... Non dimenticate di prender nota dell'indizio per la Mistery !!

Si raccomanda di rimettere la cache al suo posto correttamente sistemandola bene come è stata trovata al fine di non comprometterne l'esistenza...

   Zanica: Sant'Anna little church

Commonly known as the Madonna dei Campi di Zanica in the province of Bergamo, this small church, which existed in the 15th century and has been restored and optimized several times, is dedicated to Sant'Anna.

Set in open countryside, the church with simple lines and oriented with the traditional liturgical criterion is preceded by the portico in work on four sandstone columns that rest on a masonry parapet. The façade, in exposed stone, centrally presents the entrance with a contour in stone flanked by two windows always with contours in stone and equipped with railing; above the entrance portal there is a small rose window. A side entrance, again with a sandstone outline, is located on the north side.

Internally the church has three naves divided between them by two columns on each side on which the three arches are set, separating the central nave from the side aisles on each side. The three naves are covered by cross vaults. In the third bay of the two minor naves there are two altars: the one on the left is dedicated to the Nativity of Mary and is covered by a vault with lunettes, the one on the right is dedicated to St. Anne who educates the Virgin Mary. The presbytery, raised by two steps, is covered by a circular cup and ends with the choir covered by a bowl with segments. On the presbytery there are two openings on the left and right leading respectively to the bell tower and the sacristy.

The small bell tower, located north of the apse area is built with terracotta masonry and a four-pitch roof

The Cache

This cache is connected to another cache (GC84WH3) located at another church also dedicated to Sant'Anna and present in the neighboring municipality of Azzano San Paolo. Both caches in fact contain an important and fundamental clue to be able to locate a Mistery cache (GC84WM6) located not far from one of the two small churches and obviously in one of the two municipalities mentioned.

To solve this multi you need to go on site and detect:

    - the total number of stone benches outside the church = A
    - the total number of little columns present around the small church excluding the four large columns supporting the portico = B
    - the total number of windows on the perimeter of the church = C

Final coordinates are:

45° Ax2+5.BxCxC-3

9° Ax2+8.BxCxC+A+B

Don't forget that it is a sacred place: it is recommended not to make too much noise ...

A small country walk leads you to the cache ... Don't forget to take note of the Mistery clue !!

It is recommended to put the cache back in its proper place by properly arranging it as it was found in order not to compromise its existence ...
