Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Florida Finders Fest 2019 Spidey Geo-Art, brought to you by the Forest Minions! This Mystery cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must solve this rather challenging trivia question, to determine the location of the final. Happy hunting!

The spider species Enoplognatha ovata, commonly known as Candy-striped Spider, belongs to the genus Enoplognatha, in the family Theridiidae. It is native to Europe and has also been introduced to North America. It is notably found in Lithuania. Despite its small size, this is a formidable predator which can prey on insects many times its size.

Danes Bred A Critter To Look Like The Flag

In the early 20th century, those who resided in North Frisia under Prussian rule were not allowed to raise the Danish flag. These crafty fellows took action by breeding a variation of this farm animal, known as the Danish Protest ___, to be red in color, with a large white stripe around its belly. As they technically did not break the law, and because it wouldn’t be feasible to ban the breeding of these guys, the Danes successfully protested Prussia.

What critter was this?
