This cache is placed another along the Burkea Hiking Trail. The Burkea is a 6-7 km hiking trail, the trail clearly marked with yellow foot steps. It is not an easy trail, take some supplies with, i.e. about 2 lt water and snacks. Also wear good walking shoes, long trousers (a lot of ticks), wear a hat and for the people with not so strong knees, a walking stick. Please be aware of snakes (when placing the caches, we met up with a pofadder) and creepy crawlies. Afterwards check for ticks.

This cache is one of a series placed showcasing the beauty of nature. The cache is not hidden to be difficult, and the terrain is challenging, but enjoy a hike in nature. When placing the cache, I saw a lot of game, and not a single soul. Set aside 5-6 hours for the hike. ENJOY IT!!

Start of the hiking trail, a smooth and easy start.
Please BYOP.
Maintenance:
Geocaching is a community-based activity to be enjoyed by everyone. To find a DNF, after going to the effort to get to the location, is a great no-no!! But sometimes, sh@#%&*t happens, and the container got lost, got destroyed, log sheet wet or full, etc., etc., etc.
Therefore, as CO of this cache, YOU that go through the effort to get to this cache, do have my permission & blessing to either replace the container (not an extravagant container) & log sheet, or the log sheet, whatever the problem might be.
I always try to maintain my caches, but it’s not always possible.
Just one request, please take a photo and place it with your log when you did some maintenance, I would appreciate it.
Thank you and enjoy the cache!!
