How did the Mystery Pipe wind up in the middle of the woods? Some say it was reckless construction workers. Some say it was aliens. Some even claim it was the legendary Sewer Boy. The world may never know, but one thing is for sure... hidden treasure lies just a stone's throw away!
Please use the chalk to sign and/or decorate the pipe, take a pic and post to your log. Have fun with it!
The undergrowth has gotten much thicker since I first hid this cache. Though I did not see any ticks, I recommend spraying your legs with insect repellent just in case.
This cache is within Frying Pan Farm Park. The park is open from dawn until dusk. Please seek only during park hours.
Parking: Most nearby neighborhoods only have parking for visitors and may tow, so park on main roads only. Alternately, park at the Frying Pan Meeting House and navigate to the Troll Bridge geocache. Before crossing the bridge go right and walk on the grass until you hit a sidewalk.
Location: Mystery Pipe is not far off of a paved trail that begins at the end of a concrete sidewalk starting at the intersection of Frying Pan Road and Fieldcreek Dr. You can see the large concrete pipe from the trail.
