Coordinates and locations and other things used in caching are all about geometry in the real world. This series of caches tests your geometry skills. If you "pass" the test… then you will find the caches.
Your eighth test is a problem involving two trains leaving different stations at the same time and crossing paths.
If Train A leaves its station at N 38° 31.073 W 090° 55.095 traveling in a northeasterly direction of 51° at 37 miles per hour… and Train B leaves its station at N 38° 31.444 W 090° 52.861 in a northwesterly direction of 313° at 71 miles per hour… at what point will their tracks cross… even though they will not be there at the same time?
You will find this cache where the tracks of the two trains cross each other.
