You are looking for an ammo box, hidden in traditional fashion, not far off the Dogwood trail. Some old-timers may remember a multi-cache, which required deciphering field puzzles at each stage, hidden along this trail. This cache is placed very close to the hiding place for the final stage of the old multi. It is not near any of the old graves.
First-to-find prize is an autographed copy of Damned Rodan's novel, West Virginia: Lair of the Mothman, which is part of a series of scary books for young readers, ages 8 to 14 — though adults will no doubt also enjoy it, especially as it involves geocaching! Coordinate bounce in this area was very severe at the time I set up this hide, possibly due to the Mothman's unearthly influence. Note: the park is open from 1 hour before sunrise to 1 hour after sunset. There is generally plenty of parking near the trailhead. Please be sure to re-hide the container just as you found it.
