Where We Meet Sky
You are looking for a Silver Bison Tube, hanging overhead (zip-tied in place), but not in a Tree. You will likely need a special tool to retrive this one.
While hiding this cache, the Littlest BugFinder was holding Milli (the BugFinding Pooch's Leash) and was approached by a little muggle, and his pooch "Sky". This cache is named for them.
This park can get quite busy in the summer, and parking is limited when it does. Please watch out for unusual parking regulations when parking on the street. Better yet, just avoid this park during summer evenings - as it gets very busy.
