This cache is meant to reward those who complete the lab caches in this series a.k.a. Adventure. Although the completion is not technically necessary to determine the location of this bonus cache, you might as well do them as the needed labs stretch from end to end with several others between each end.
Each lab contains all sorts of information including a question to answer. Once a lab's question is answered a journal is unlocked, providing more information, typically related to the subject of the lab. The information to solve this bonus cache is contained within those journal entries. Again, each lab's journal cannot be viewed without completing the lab itself.
