So what is a Design Charrette, Wiki has a good synopsis if I am not throurough enough.
Basically it is a thinktank design workshop where a group starts with a Problem to solve(Cool Geocache), Brainstorms, and Refines concepts to make a design solution. I am a Landscape Architect and enjoy this style of collaborative design as part of my design development.
