The cache is not at the posted co-ords but the final co-ords can be found by solving the following questions .
We have made this a Puzzle cache with answers solvable using technogly without going to the community Centre.
The questions can also be answered by going to the headline co-ords .
a =Number of gables in the East side of the roof.
bc= Year the defibrillator was donated 20bc (presently solvable on- line from a News Paper article). Also the date 20bc is displayed above the defibrilllator on the Community Centre wall.
d= Colour of guttering. If light d= 1. If dark d=2.
e= The shape of the short wooden posts at the edge of the gravel to the east of the North door. If round e=1. If square = 2.
f = The number of horizontal bars in the small pedestrian gate beside the cattle grid.

Final co-ords = N 50 48. (a-b)ad w 001 43.c(f+d)e
Check Sum for all the digits = 43

We parked about 40 metres further along from the cache tree because we could get more wheels off the road.
We think we could see Hengistbury head from final G.Z.
