Find this virtual cache and then explore historic Allentown, N.J.
Nathan Allen first settled in this area in 1706. A colonial country village soon developed and several of those structures still exist today. This community has over 200 homes in it's historic district that date prior to 1860. It has been the home of 6 congressmen, a governor and founder of the US Coast Guard, a signer of the constitution and the last surviving veteran of the civil war.
To verify finding this virtual cache, you MUST SEND me an e-mail that names the specific business that was once located along a paved walkway AND tell me WHERE you saw the name of the business. (Co-ords do not point to a sign. Period). You must physically go to the cache site to obtain this information. Both answers must be correct. Sorry, but wrong or posted answers will be deleted.
