Technically not stairs but a walkway - a shady shortcut up Bluff Hill for pedestrian tourists going to the Bluff Hill Lookout and for residents too. Regularly used by students going to Napier Girls High School, and of course for all ages keeping fit whether running or walking.
A pill box. BYOP. Please replace it where you find it and please leave it so it remains camouflaged.
You do not need to go outside the fence or climb up the bank.
