綠川整治併同台中公園日月湖，連接旱溪排水、日月湖水撲滿、福田水資源中心等進行全流域治理；而市府大車站計畫是往天空延伸，將空出更多綠地；未來民眾透過步行、自行車道、觀光接駁車等綠色運具，不用開車就可以飽覽中區風光。
綠川整治區段介於雙十路和民權路之間，大約600公尺，旁邊有宮原眼科、電子街和東協廣場，開放後還多了漂亮的光景藝術，相當浪漫，有空記得去散步拍美照哦！
