內湖復育園區（舊名葫洲里垃圾掩埋場，又稱內湖垃圾山）是位於台北市內湖區葫蘆洲基隆河右岸的一座已於1985年停止使用的垃圾掩埋場，佔地15.5公頃，垃圾堆置面積14.3公頃、體積約為429萬立方公尺。因大量垃圾堆積後成為一座小山而被稱為「垃圾山」，堆積高度最高曾超過60公尺。
自1983年起，因垃圾產生的沼氣自燃多次引發大火，不但產生空氣汙染問題，也造成垃圾山多次「坍方」，影響工作人員之安全；因此1984年台北市政府決定新闢福德坑垃圾掩埋場，並於1985年新掩埋場啟用後關閉內湖垃圾山。
2015年6月5日，內湖復育園區啟用，建置復育林區、遊憩區、高灘地、陽光草坪、活動廣場、景觀廣場及觀景台等。
Neihu Rehabilitation Park (formerly known as Weizhouli Landfill Site, also known as Neihu Garbage Hill) is a landfill site that was discontinued in 1985 on the right bank of the Keelung River in Huluzhou, Neihu District, Taipei, covering an area of 15.5 hectares. The garbage dumping area is 14.3 hectares and the volume is about 4.29 million cubic meters. Known as a "garbage mountain" due to the accumulation of a large amount of garbage, it has a height of more than 60 meters.
Since 1983, the spontaneous combustion of biogas from garbage has caused fires many times, which not only caused air pollution problems, but also caused many problems in the garbage mountain, which affected the safety of the staff; therefore, the Taipei City Government decided in 1984 to open a new pit. The landfill was closed and the Neihu garbage mountain was closed after the new landfill was opened in 1985.On June 5, 2015, the Neihu Rehabilitation Park was opened, and the rehabilitation forest area, recreation area, Gaotan area, sunny lawn, activity square, landscape plaza and observation deck were built.
