This cache is hidden on the edge of the nearby neighborhood. I would recommend parking at the listed parking waypoint and approaching the area from there. There is no need to interfere with any of the nearby electrical equipment to make the find. Also, you don't need to cross or get close to the nearby fence.
Please replace the container as you find it and try not to leave spoilers in your log! Watch out for mud if it has snowed or rained recently.
