Geocache Description:


A few years ago, a realestate broker sold apartments with sea view in Keila's tower buildings. There was a view to water out of the window. This water can be seen almost every spring. Cache is located in the middle of this water. Access is difficult in spring and winter, but not impossible. Correct equipment will always help. But in the summer you can maybe drive to zero point.
