Are you a duck...or a chicken ?

​Fluff up your feathers and join me for the spring version of the polar plunge. No, you won't have to jump in between the icebergs (well, maybe!?!?) but the water in the duck pond might only be about 15ºC (60ºF).

The event runs from 1pm to 2:30pm, or when the ducks thaw out.

The event starts at 1pm then the ducks will take the plunge at 1:20pm while the chickens watch from the sidelines.  Ducks should bring a towel and bathing suit or outfit to take the plunge in. (no wet suits, track pants or jeans in the pool please) A place to change is provided.           

After the plunge, enjoy some treats and maybe win a prize! (duck or chicken appropriate, of course) Please bring a lawn chair with you. The event runs rain or shine!!
