This Little Free Library was hidden as part of the Spocache FUN series. This year, cachers have delved into the more mysterious history of our area to share some truly Fantastic (almost) Unbelievable Nonsense about Spokane! The best part about this nonsense, is some of it is fact! That's right, not all of this is fiction. We take every one of our history stories very seriously. To us, they are all fact. To you...well...it's up to you to decide what is fiction. Or see if perhaps, just perhaps, you can believe along with us.
This cache is part of the 2019 Fantastic Unbelievable Nonsense Geocoin Challenge where everything is made up and the points don't matter. If it's been FUN, it probably happened in Spokane. Except for that one thing that happened in Walla Walla. Sometimes fun things happen elsewhere but we don't recognize them. But we will recognize your successful completion of the FUN Geocoin Challenge where you will be rewarded with a trackable Geocoin, and that's no joke!
- All caches begin with the series name FUN: followed by a snazzy name so they are easy to search. We also made a FUN Bookmark of the caches.
- To qualify for a Geocoin, find the code word or stamp in each geocache and record it on your passport.
- Visit FUN Geocoin Challenge to find the challenge rules, a printable FUN Passport, and a map view of qualifying caches. Oh, and if you see KidVegas19 (or you ARE KidVegas19) during your travels for this challenge, please remember to add 5,000 points to your personal total.
