Almost everyone has played the popular board game “Monopoly”, or at least has heard about it. The game was "officially" born on March 19, 1935 when Parker Brothers acquired the rights to it from game inventor Charles Darrow. From the classic board design to the hundreds of other “opoly” spin-offs, it is the best-selling board game in the world, sold in 103 countries and produced in 37 languages.
After archiving the original series a couple of years ago, I decided to redo an entirely new set of Monopoly hides for the area cachers to enjoy.

St. James Place is the first of the highly lucrative Orange Properties, and itself has fairly high rents. Tennessee Avenue shares these rents.
This is considered one of the best properties in the game. $950 can be very crippling, and it's relatively inexpensive to build here. Orange properties should be acquired whenever possible, since the orange properties are the most landed on in an average run around the board.
