Splash - N - Cache 2019 Event will start at 9 AM at the above coordinates and will continue until 3 PM. The rafting trip will be at 9 AM.
Event caches will be available for all. Lunch will follow rafting(last year lunch was about 12:45)
A table for Travel bugs will be available for trading or tracking.
Rafting: OPTIONAL... As we did in the past years, we are getting together a group to go on the rafting trip in Letchworth State Park, the morning of the event. In the past, rafting started at 9 AM and will be an additional cost. We will all meet at shelter 15 minutes before so we can all raft together. This adventures will give you a chance to see the park from the bottom of the gorge, and is a beautiful trip! The rafting will cost to be determine. Please put a count on how many will be rafting in a log so we can have a rough number. We would like a rough estimate by June 1.
Lunch: There will be a picnic lunch following the rafting. Please bring a dish to pass, and a beverage for you. The Bee Hive will provide the paper products and hot dogs with rolls.
Event Caches: Looking for a few people with an interest in placing a event cache or two. Please contact me if you are planning on doing this.
