The railway line between Port fairy, Koroit and Warrnambool opened in 1890 and closed in 1977.
The Moyne siding is about 8 kilometres ride or hike along the rail trail from Port Fairy and is just south of Badhams Road, Toolong.
The siding has a picnic table and shelter shed and if you are lucky a resident Koala or two. Just sit,rest a while and enjoy
Limited grassed parking nearby just off Badhams Road.
