The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Follow the link to the simple 20 piece jigsaw puzzle and put it together. Figure out where I am standing taking the picture in Port Dover. Go to that location and project a waypoint 1097 meters at 78.1 degrees true north to find the final cache location.
