The cache is located in Strickland State Forest. There are many tracks to follow to see a variety of bush and forest types. The track to follow for this cache is the Ridge to Rainforest track, the entry to this track is within 10 metres of the listed Parking location. There is now a sign showing the start of this track. See photo. large trees are on each side of the entry. This track took 10 years to complete as all work was done by hand by The Friends of Strickland under the guidance of a forest worker. It is an easy walk on a good level track. About 100 Metres from the start is a metal bridge and just at the end of the bridge there is a short track (15 metres) leading to a waterfall and incredible large boulders that must have been washed out of the cliff face over many years. There is no need to bushbash for this one.
If you zoom in with geocaching maps the track is clearly shown.
The cache container is something I made over a couple of weeks so I hope you enjoy the hunt.
Please replace as found with handle towards ground.
