This cache is quite accessible and only a few feet off the sidewalk in front of the Bremerton substation structure on the corner of 10th Street and Warren. Cache is not located on or inside the fencing of the substation.
ARTility
This cache commemorates the ARTility installation on our Bremerton Substation fencing, in partnership with PSE and the City of Bremerton Arts Commission. Completed in November 2018 by local Kitsap County artists, Barry Blankenship, Leanne Moffitt, Jessica McCourt and Derek Nobbs.
