UPDATE August 24, 2019: I received this additional information on this building courtesy of d.digger. The hotel was opened in 1907 and was originally called the Rio Grand Hotel. Because of its proximity to the Denver and Rio Grande Depot across the street the hotel was the site where several presidents and presidential candidates stopped to make their speeches. There is a book that has a picture of President Harry Truman speaking in front of the hotel in 1952. By that time the name had been changed to The Ott Hotel.

Originally built as a hotel this building has housed many different businesses over the years. There was a bar here in the 1970s. I couldn't find any information online, but maybe one of the old timers can add some additional information. As of this writing the there doesn't appear to be much activity in the building.
