5th Day of Downtown Exploration - Morning Walk! Traditional Cache

I am spending a week downtown for training.

Today I had my fifth day downtown that gave me a chance to get in some morning walking prior as I got there too early for the days training, and walking around... I found this spot in need of a smiley host.

If you find yourself enjoying some walking time downtown, enjoy getting your own walking in as you hunt down this smiley during your own walk.

Note that this cache is hiding amongst a number of buildings and electronics, so your GPS may be bouncy... but the coords and hint will lead you to the smiley promise land. Also, be stealthy as you act nonchalantly walking, grabbing, walking, signing, walking, returning, and walking some more to fit into the environment.
