Enter Blendon Woods Metro Park, and enjoy the picturesque drive surrounded by towering trees as you make your way to the Nature Center. Park in the Nature Center lot and follow the Hickory Ridge Trail to the Overlook Trail to access this cache. You’ll hike a scenic 1.25-miles round-trip through the forest as you take the stairs down into the beautiful stream-cut ravine. Don’t forget to stop by the Nature Center on your way out! To participate in the Metro Park GeoTrail go to 2019 Columbus Metro Parks GeoTrail to find complete instructions. Download and print the GeoTrail page and complete at least 15 GeoTrail caches. As you find the caches, fill in the code word on the GeoTrail page. The first 100 teams to return their forms are eligible to receive a Metro Parks Geocoin. You will need all 20 code words to complete the puzzle and unlock the coordinates to the Bonus Puzzle Cache. Mark your calendar for the GeoTrail Celebration on October 12th.
