Stumbled upon this geocache quite by accident.  It was placed by a girl scout troop in 2016 but apparently never submitted to geocaching.com.  We found a travel bug inside also.  So we signed the log and decided to submit it.  Excited to see people actually find this one.  This cache is not available 24/7 and should not be hunted for at night.  Please respect your surroundings!   Enjoy!
