Hoover Park seems to be in need of a cache placement. It is odd, in deed, to see a park in the city without a cache marker on the map. But, as many of us are familiar with the area, it doesn't necessarily mean that there cannot be a mystery cache on the property.
Please plan your visit wisely here. Summer afternoon and evenings will definitely not be the time to be here hunting for this hide. I suggest bringing along some TOTTs. They most certainly could ease retrieval. I have included a writing utensil along with the container, but I would suggest carrying one on your person should this one go missing.
