Der Mölltaler Gletscher Express ist eine Seilbahn gebaut von Waagner Biro aus Österreich im Jahr 1997.
Der Bahn stehen zwei Züge zur Verfügung, von denen jede 236 + 1 Personen hinauf oder hinunter transportieren kann, dh es gibt keine Skipiste zur Talstation. Eine Fahrt mit der Seilbahn dauert 8 Minuten, in dieser Zeit werden 4827 Meter zurückgelegt. Die Gesamtkapazität der Seilbahn beträgt somit etwa 1.600 Personen pro Stunde. Die gesamte Route des Mölltaler Gletscher-Express verläuft in einem Tunnel, die Tal- und die Bergstation befinden sich auch teilweise in diesem Tunnel.

There are two trains, each can transport 236 + 1 people up or down and there is no ski slope to the valley station. A ride on the cable car takes 8 minutes, during which time 4827 meters are covered. The total capacity of the cable car is about 1,600 people per hour. The entire route of the Mölltaler Glacier Express runs in a tunnel, the valley and the mountain station are also partially in this tunnel.
