This ‘Aviation Theme’ Cache is hidden somewhere at Franklin County Airport (KLHZ) off Hwy 401 North, approx. 7 miles south of Louisburg, NC. (Follow the airport signs and use your GPS.). The cache location was approved by the Airport Authority and is accessible anytime to both the General Public and Pilots alike without security concerns…
NOTE: To make this quest more interesting, the container is locked with a combination lock (we wouldn’t want terrorists getting our cache :) To open the lock you will need to find / discover the length of the airport runway. (or you can cheat below) After your visit, PLEASE relock the container by holding the lock closed and spinning the dials..
