A popular activity on the lovely Magnetic Island is to take a stroll and meet the local Rock Wallabies who inhabit this area. These Rock Wallabies are known to venture out and mingle with the tourists. Best time to see them is late afternoon but you will usually see at least one or two most times of the day. The ranger prefers that you don't feed them, though locals bring them carrots which they enjoy. This area was the arrival point for the car barge before the Nelly Bay terminal was constructed. The popular Geoffrey Bay snorkel trail is also close by and highly recommended.
The cache is a round clear plastic container stocked with geo swaps. The difficulty with this cache will be to remain stealthy while searching in this popular area. A short scramble is required but no need to go too high. Watch your kids. Please place cache back exactly how it was found to protect it from the muggle factor.
