Wollongong Lighthouse Series #1
Cache is NOT at the listed coordinates
FIRST WORD

Tell me about this Geocache
This wherigo geocache is a bit different. It's a cross between a puzzle and a wherigo.
You can do the ground work or "solve" this wherigo anywhere. A bit like a puzzle cache.
But the final location is not far from the listed co-ordinates.
The fun bit about this cache is you need to know your music. I love Aussie rock so this cache is themed around that.
Once you download the cartridge (see below), you will need to answer one thing for each song. What is the first word in the song. Not the title, not the artist, but the first word sung.
Sounds simple? Right ?
Have a go. You can take a break. you dont need to do it in one hit.
Make sure you have your sound turned up and get ready to start singing ( I know you will)
A direct link is here to take you to the cartridge.
If you have any questions on the cartridge, please contact Kyzabra
Any Tips ?
- Make sure you have your location services turned on. Both in general, and also within your app settings.
- Please make sure your sound is on as well (will add to the experience).
- Wherigo cartridges are created to run on multiple devices. As a result, screen sizes can be a concern. If you see an image but no text, scroll down.
- GPSrs and smartphones have different levels of GPS accuracy. So, if you are running a Wherigo cartridge with someone using another type of device, “zone” results will vary. You may have to walk an addition 5 metres depending on the level of accuracy calculated when you started the cartridge.
-
Be Patient. Like anything new, they can take a bit to get used to, but are also a fun way to experience a geocache.
