All you need to solve this multiple step cache is a tott and to use a Quick Response! Feel free to listen to Quiet Riot if you want but they wont help you any more than QueensRyche would. Quality Research wont help you much but I do hope you find this cache worthy of a Quality Rating. If you follow all of these subtle hints you may just end up with the Quality Result of a happy face on your map!
Once you figure out how to get the data found at stage 1, you should be home free. Just go to the general area indicated by what you found and look for the next informaton. At Stage 4 you will find the cache. This all can be accomplished on foot and no need to move your car between stages.
