Geocache Description:

Constantia Nek is a low pass over the Table Mountain range in Cape Town. The pass links Constantia and the City Centre to Hout Bay.

The summit is 212m and the highest point for the Two Oceans Ultramarathon. At the roundabout the road divides in three directions. One to Hout Bay, another towards Kirstenbosch and the City Centre.

Take the third option towards Constantia. GZ is at a point where you can safely ‘park and grab’.

Clooff Pas was the name given by Jan van Riebeek to this area when he crossed towards Hout Bay on 23rd March 1657.

NOTE: The cache is a park and grab, at a convenient stopping place on your way to the Constantia Valley. PLEASE do not attempt to park on the other side of this very busy road.
