The T.A.R.D.I.S automatically translates any language for the doctor and companions. Usually this works flawlessly and goes unnoticed. However, sometimes the circuits get a bit "wibbly-wobbly" and it spurts out random things.
The TARDIS has been repeating this for a day now. Maybe it means something?!
