At the point where Dead Lane becomes South Heath Road there is a footpath. On the OS map it is practically opposite Kellands Farm.
This point is the farther end of a footpath walk which is probably best started from Frowick Lane as there is a layby there to park. If you are on foot or bicycle, then no problem, it should be a quick and fairly easy find for you!
The logsheet is within a traditional vial tube, which is itself hidden within a slightly larger object. Good luck!
