Without a doubt the wine industry is the driving force behind Marlborough's economy and this cache is the thirty-fourth in a series started by Kiwimykl to highlight the industry.
Forrest Estate is a long standing Marlborough winery. The main entrance is off State Highway 6, but you can also enter just down the road here on Blicks Road.
There would be proximity issues placing a cache on the main highway, but I decided this spot was a fitting tribute considering Forrest have in 2019 just celebrated 15 years sponsoring the 101km Graperide cycling event.
