Peterborough is a principal stop on the East Coast Main Line, 45–50 minutes' journey time from central London, with high-speed intercity services from King's Cross to Edinburgh Waverley and slower commuter services terminating at Peterborough. It is a major railway junction where a number of cross-country routes converge.
This is a third go at this letter, as the first one turned out not to be in a good place, and the second one has been buried by the widening of the actual railway! (Some of you might recognise this location, so think of it as a return journey, which fits with the theme!)
Please be stealthy as this is a popular spot for dog walkers and cyclists.
