Geocache Description:

So it's like this: I live in Killeen but work in the Rio Grande Valley West. So depending upon if I work a 40-hour, a 50-hour, or a 58-hour week, I'm driving north between Falcon Lake and Killeen to see my wife. Then on Sunday I make the 360+ mile return trip heading south. Heading north I only stop for gas and food because I want to get home quickly. But on Sunday's for the return I'm in no hurry and usually stop for caches. Well I've pretty much cleaned up all the caches along TX-16 between Jourdanton to Zapata and south to Roma. I've also taken several varying routes just to find more caches. Now it's pretty much making a 1-2 hour detour long way around kinda trek just to grab a cache or two. I've also hidden a few at cemeteries along the way. Another cacher suggested I create a "power run" to attract other cachers to the area who may also take the time to hide one or two along the way that I may find. So why not?

I decided to name my hides "TX-16 Magnetic." Simply put they're along TX-16 and Magnetic because they will be magnetic hide-a-key containers on the guard rails. The 1 thru ?? are not necessarily in order, but in the order that I hid them. Anyway, have fun in the search. There should be plenty of room to pull onto the shoulder safely. If there is tall grass further off, I recommend staying on the PAVED shoulder. And if you have the time, hide one for me too. If you happen to see a full-sized white Jeep TB pass by, that'll be me also!
